The staff was honestly the highlight for myself and family.They were kind efficient and really the best part in my wee lil opinion.the building inside echos and carries noises so any other guest who was loud or slamming their door it sounds very loud when ordinarily it wouldn't have been that loud.They have an understandable dog policy which states that you can not leave your dog unattended on property which includes dropping the dog off in the hotel room and heading out to the beach or dinner etc. It means doggy will have to stay in car while your doing things because most places don't allow them inside their business....while I totally understand it truly put a damper on things I really wanted to take my wife to dinner where we didn't have to rush but leaving the dog in the car wouldn't work for us cause our dog would just stare out the window and bark until she saw us come back...we decided to just leave instead of staying until check out heading out just as the sky turned light. No shade to the hotel it just didn't work out for us which is totally ok cause it obviously works well for others.... Also it was a very short walk to beach even though the balcony view was just like someone's garage and sidewalk I appreciated getting to go walk even though I couldn't make it to the ocean water cause it's too far from the prom for me.

Lobby under construction. Room should have had 2 regular beds. Had one and a murphy. Murphy slats completely broken and bed sagged in one corner. Had to clean hair out of the shower before using. Not terrible, but the place needs updating. They did bring extra blankets when asked and the cafe had good coffee with really nice people working. Room coffee was cheap and disappointing Keurig.

Even though the property was being remodeled, it did not impact our satisfaction with the stay. That says a lot. The staff was excellent! The room was spotless. The view was amazing. They do need to check the kitchen sink. A little slow to drain. Not a big deal.

The hotel is dated. Rooms were ok, but toilets were made for midgets. If you get a room with firplace, its electic and only visual, no heat comes out of them. The jacuuzi is not. Its basicaly a concrete bathtub with no jets. The parents were letting kids just run wild. All we heard was noise all day and night. Thru hallways, up and down stairs. Will not be going back.
