This Beach House Rental is a large house located at 308 Webster Ave in Seaside Heights. This house has across both floors 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This property is great for large family rentals during July, August, and September.
• Fully furnished Professionally cleaned house
• 2 complete kitchens (one on each floor) which works out great for several families renting the one house together for a combined vacation.
• 2 tile baths - each with a tub/shower and granite top vanities
• Large Concrete patio with several tables, umbrellas, & chairs
• Lynx Natural gas grill - (so fuel never runs out)
• Enclosed outside sand shower with tile floor
• Off street parking for 2 cars
• Comes with 10 seasonal beach badges for your use – a $130/day value

We have had large family reunions rent all 3 houses listed in these 3 ads. They form a big self-contained complex.

In July, August, and Sept. this property and all surrounding properties are rented only to families with young children welcomed as we offer a quiet family environment during this time.



The cost for this rental house is $3990- per week. Our weekly rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday.

This 308 Webster Ave house has 6 bedrooms and 2 baths across both floors. It is a short walk to either the beach/boardwalk or the Bay. Has all conveniences including, central air conditioning, two 42" flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room on property with several washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, large Concrete patio, enclosed outside sand shower, and off-street parking. We also provide 10 Seasonal Beach badges for your use (A $130/day value.) Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. A great family place.

The 2nd floor of the house has three bedrooms and a tile bath with walk in shower
(brand new in 2026). It has a large eat in kitchen, three bedrooms (two with a queen-sized bed in each and one with a pair of twin beds), and a big living room.

The 1st floor of the house also has 3 bedrooms and one full tile bath with tub/shower. This floor also has complete kitchen with Granite countertops and new appliances. Of the 3 bedrooms, two Bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and a 3rd bedroom has a pair of twin beds.

Family Vacation

I would strongly recommend & Encourage anyone to go through joe for a place the house was really nice clean & very roomy with enjoyed the house & joe is a very nice man & whenever i go back to seaside heights new jersey i would definitely go through him again for a place & i would absolutely recommend him to my family & friends

Annual Family Vacation

Stayed for a week and had a blast. We rented both apartments since there were 10 of us. The upstairs apartment was home base since it’s the nicer of the 2. Furniture and beds are comfy. The owner, Joe, is great. He’s there if you need him and isn’t if you don’t. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time

We had a great week. There was plenty of space for my extended family. The beach passes were great to have. We had extra cars and extra parking was never an issue on the streets or the lot at the end of the road. Having access to laundry was a great feature also. Joe was wonderful to work with, he was very kind and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back.

The best family vacation spot!

Our family enjoyed this property so much during our family vacation!! There were 13 of us and plenty of space to accommodate us all. We really enjoyed the set up of there being an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment so we didn’t feel too on top of each other. Joe was great to work with from checkin to check out. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect vacation!

The house (upstairs and down) were the perfect accommodations for our extended family. The owner, Joe, was available for questions and very quickly addressed a small problem we had with an umbrella. We rate this vacation 5 out of 5 stars!! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect place to stay for a prom group!!

On behalf of the guests from Bridgewater Raritan High School, we had one of the best weekends due to the comfort from the home, the space, the security guards, and the home owner being respectful, responsible, and sympathetic to our needs. We loved how it was near the boardwalk and our other friend groups homes. Our house was easily the house everyone wanted to stay in so I highly encourage the younger grades to get this home for their prom!! The home owner was also very organized with payments, trustworthy, and all around great person. Thank you again Joe!

Seaside Summer

Just over three blocks to the beach - and the center of the Boardwalk - this was a wonderful location for our family vacation! We rented the upper and lower units and were able to easily accommodate our four kids, their spouses, and five grandchildren - even had a sister and her daughter in for three nights! The outdoor patios were perfect for family meals, and Joe (owner) was responsive to any requests. Complete with beach badges for all, it was a terrific two weeks of fun in the sun.

Perfect rental!

We just had a really great experience renting with Joe. He was nice, available, and extremely helpful. The house was just a couple block walk to the boardwalk and the duplex worked out great so the older family members could gather and have fun downstairs without waking our 1yr old. A great place to stay in Seaside Heights

32 of my friends and I stayed on the property for Memorial Day Weekend. The houses fit all of us comfortably and the large backyard was a great place for us to go outside and hangout. The houses were kept up nicely and overall very clean. Joe was so accommodating to us and is extremely friendly and easy to work with. The houses aren’t too far from the beach and boardwalk, and Joe also provided beach badges for us, which was great. Overall, we had a great weekend and I would definitely recommend any groups looking to stay in Seaside Heights to stay here for the best experience possible.

Great Prom Experience

Great Place. Kids had a good time. Joe and his security folks monitor the property, but the kids felt they were able to have fun and enjoy the shore and us parents felt good knowing they were in a safe environment. Will be back when my younger daughter is having her prom.
