It was cleaner than some of the other places we stayed at. I liked that it had a small kitchen area, fridge and microwave and is close to the beach. The room was very small and outdated, clean but not emaculate. The beds were ok, I've slept on worse. I would consider staying again.

The property was okay. Staff were very nice. The place was clean. Beds were ok. The bathroom was a REALLY tight fit. The small pool was clean and nice. Definitely not worth $325 a night but it’s Seaside in the height of summer. Better than most Seaside dumps.

So Poor Customer Service.

Not so good. No room service offered. No daily towels offered for either for the room service nor the beach. Using the Pandemic as a reason for no longer service been provided on daily basis. They asking half of the money in credit to reserve the room, the rest of the money in cash on your first day of arrival.

I traveled with my best friend. We are both women we stayed at the hotel and we were watched the whole time by one of the staff members. He knew what time we got there who we had to visit which were relatives what time they left and then harassed us said if we had any more company he would charge us. We are not allowed to bring anybody into our room or on the premises. They have cameras all around at every door, which is great but really weirded us out after the fact that he was watching us and listening to everything we said watching what we did it was very scary. They are doing construction on the building next-door so all you heard I’m six in the morning till six at night Was banging in loud construction noises and my car had roofing nails all over the top of it. I have scratches on my car now and a nail in my tire when I showed the hotel attendant they didn’t do anything about it. She did take pictures. She was very nice And I’m sure she didn’t know what to do, but it was a very big disappointment.

When I first pulled up, I was a little concerned because it appeared to be very small and tucked in. The room was small, but as my daughter noted, it was probably the cleanest place in Seaside. Zero mold smell the air conditioner was cranking. The sheets were immaculate and soft. The bathroom was tiny but immaculate. I will suggest bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap three packets were provided, but very small. The furniture was definitely dated and well worn but clean there was a refrigerator stove, top and microwave. The pool is around back through a narrow walkway, but again was very clean. There were plenty of chairs and floats and also a barbecue with picnic tables.

the owners were very nice, It would of been nice to have someone sweep change towels daily. Shower curtains were gross need to be washed after each stay, bottom of shower curtains were black. Room 15 think it would be good for them to put up a shower head outside, at the path leading to pool. People were wearing their sandal's into pool just to Rince sand off them self. Also telling their kids to wash sand off. Gross people. Other than that, stay was nice, owners very accommodating, walking distance to boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc.
