Beautiful 5 level Townhouse Balcony in a Quiet, relaxing area-2 blocks to the beach at the end of Ortley Beach.
Beautifully decorated, wood floors, wi-fi, streaming on all TVs, free parking in garage (level 1) Summer: One request, kindly rinse off the sand from your feet and chairs prior to entering into the garage. The hose is located in the garage.. This is greatly appreciated 😊

We include sheets, towels and comforters, to make it feel more "special". After each time of departure, Housekeeper disinfects the entire unit and bedding thoroughly.

There will be 3 adult bicycles that can be used while staying during your time.

There are 5 Tommy Bahama fairly new beach chairs.

There will be a large igloo on wheels cooler. there are also miscellaneous items in the garage which can be utilized for the renters.

There will be a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for your convenience. Paper goods are to be supplied by renter as well as trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergents.

Everything must be accounted for after departure or a claim will have to be opened to compensate.

Upon departure, please make sure that the dishwasher is empty and does not contain dirty items. Also, you may need to bring your own dishwasher and wash machine detergents as there may not be any available.

Celest was very accommodating and the condo was very spacious just a short walk to the board walk which was nice to bring the kids in stroller only about 5 min walk! Restaurant and bar right across the street and a brewery down the road was nice to order food. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was large enough that of there were a bigger group than us 4, it would allow for privacy. It had just about everything we could have needed for the week. The bedroom on the top level does get a little warmer than the rest of the townhouse. There is a ceiling fan and an additional fan that does help very much. We would recommend staying here.

Family Shore Stay

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner was very responsive, house was clean and they provided everything you need. A huge bonus is the 2 car garage, plus a street parking permit. In addition to the park, the 6 beach passes was fantastic. These two perks really save you a ton of money you’d otherwise spend.

Great Host, Ideal Location, and Spacious

Cute and quaint beach town; not overpopulated. Nice and relaxing time with plenty of activities nearby for all ages. The walkability was great. Our host, Roseanne, was awesome. We communicated several times. She made sure they we were comfortable and recommended really good restaurants for us. She was lovely. Garage, parking pass, beach chairs and gear, beach passes were all provided, which were major pluses. A few good to knows that didn't affect our stay:- The picture is of the front row of the townhomes. This property is an end unit on the backside. No front views, but plenty of outdoor space with side views and angled views of the boardwalk. We spent most of our time on the balconies. - Blinds, but no curtains in the bedrooms. If you're a lighter sleeper affected by light, you may want to consider bringing something to cover the windows or sleeping eye masks. - The noise levels on the street side fluctuations, but this is expected when you're this close to the beach and boardwalk. The place was ideal for our visit. We're already talking about our next visit and will definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space to spread out and the hospitality was great.

Buyer beware! No central air as advertised!!!

Upon arrival, discovered the central air was NOT functioning. The temp in the upstairs bdrm was 87*as shown on the fan they provided.We found boxes of tiny window units in the garage & reached out to the owners. We were told they ordered parts & that they were just waiting on those to fix it by one owner over the app. The other owner decided to show up the next day at 8AM banging on the door bc I didn’t answer her call at 7AM as I was sleeping. She Didn’t care. She stated that she had patients & doesn’t email or text. Was very rude but offered a credit of 1k for the inconvenience for the nights that the air wasn’t working as the upstairs bedroom & living room were simply too hot to utilize. The parts came in, we made the unit available so they could fix it. We came back when they said it done. Only to find out that we have to keep the window units going until it catches up. Newsflash it never actually worked. I sent them pictures of the thermostat, at first they tried to suggest maybe I didn’t know how to work it. The next day they admitted that the unit has to be replaced but in order to do that the road must be closed because a crane needs to be brought in. we were strung along the entire trip and would have sought out other accommodations if we knew ahead. I made trays of food to cook in the oven. Every day it was a sauna when cooking. Owners offered use of the unit for a weekend in off season but then took that back & refused to credit us anything additional. awful!

Amazing Stay!!

If you are going to Seaside, look no further - this home is amazing! There is so much space and it is impeccably clean. Roseann was wonderful with communication before and during our stay, and she and Celeste went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Our family loved the beach passes and parking pass - so convenient. We also appreciated the use of the beach chairs and bikes. The home itself is beautiful! We all enjoyed the balconies and two living room areas. There were also TVs in three of the bedrooms in addition to one in the living room, so we had the opportunity to spend time together and on our own. Each bedroom had a bathroom with towels either en suite or shared on the same floor which was a plus. The location of the house is fantastic - it is one and half blocks to the beach and boardwalk. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and amusements. We were able to fit two SUVs in the garage, but everything is truly within walking distance. The neighborhood is so quiet. We had a stress-free vacation here and are looking forward to booking again!

Amazingly nice home

All I can say is the photos of this property don't do it justice. The home was very large with tons of room for a large group. Completely updated and so clean. The communication with the owner and manager was great every step of the way. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for having us.

Incredible place to stay in Seaside

This house was really awesome. Very big house with everything that we needed. All of the bedrooms were really nice. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and multiple decks. The garage fit both of our small SUVs, and the parking pass was used for the 3rd larger SUV. Celeste was an incredible host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Easy Breezy

Thank you for a pleasant trip! The house was even better than the pictures—there were more bathrooms than advertised, which was a nice plus. More garbage cans in each bathroom would be nice, however, but not a deal breaker. I wasn't sure of recycling and garbage instructions, but we figured it out ourselves. Access in and out was so relaxed, making our stay stress-free. The beach passes and parking tags were an excellent addition to our accommodations. Thanks again!

I brought 6 women of various ages to have a much needed gathering and beach trip. The space was the right size, with both common spaces and spaces to retreat to. Multiple bathrooms are a huge advantage. The hosts are communicative and helpful and invested in happy renters and a great experience. Some of the amenities they provide are particularly thoughtful - including beach passes, parking spaces and brand new beach gear. I hope they have renters who care about their space and help maintain the cheerful, clean environment.

Great location, great parking, awesome having the beach passes and all the accessories available - bikes, coolers, ect. Only a couple of blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of things to do and privacy for all. Owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions.

Celeste is the very best!!

While the house was lovely, immaculately clean, and well appointed -- our contact with the property manager was superb!!! We had some (self-inflicted) issues with websites, and Celeste was available for re-assurance and solution. We are ever grateful to her for the response and support she offered in all aspects of our rental. The house had a lot of steps -- great for weight bearing exercise -- so it was all good for everyone (a senior, an adult and teens). The layout of the house promoted private space for "alone times" -- often pleasurable in family holidays. Thank you Celeste for sharing this great property and being such a caring host.

A Short Block to the Boardwalk

The property is a townhouse with 6 short sets of stairs (5-9-7-8-7-8 steps). At first, we thought the stairs would be difficult for my wife, who recently had a full knee replacement, but we quickly found a bedroom (with queen bed) just down the steps from the main living/ dining/ kitchen. Our family accommodated quite well to that large room and the family room just up the stairs from that. The largest bedroom was on the first main landing with an exquisite bath. A laundry pantry is in the top floor along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are 3.5 baths, all convenient to living spaces! Towels were available in each bath as well as in the laundry pantry. We cooked each night and had all the tools we needed in the kitchen. The beach patches, parking pass, and 2 car garage also accommodated everyone. Gloria, the superintendent was ALWAYS available for questions and very helpful in getting us accommodated and the owner, Celeste, was extremely responsive as well. For constructive criticism, we'd like to see more beachy decorum (painting and decorations) around the house as well as more modern furniture. Very glad we stayed here in Seaside Heights.

Amazing place to stay

This property was clean, well maintained, perfectly located, and fit all 9 of us with room to spare. There was no point it felt crowded and we all had our own space plus areas to spend time together. It's walking distance to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. The owner is quick to respond and wants to ensure your stay is perfect. I have stayed in Seaside 4 years in a row because the kids have plenty to do and this is the first time I can honestly say I will be renting this place again.

Celeste was very responsive about check in. A cleaner was available for tp drop off (many bathrooms). We had plenty of room to spread out (3 adults, two teenagers). The beach passes were used every day. Five minutes to the beach. Definitely would visit again.
