Beautiful 2 Bed Apt w/ Parking & Beach Passes - Walk to Beach, Rides, Waterpark

Adventure awaits in this newly renovated, centrally located 2 bedroom apartment! You will be in direct line of the Ferris Wheel, 3 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, water park, golf, go-carts. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars & stores. Ideal location to enjoy all Seaside has to offer and come back to a peaceful and quiet home.
The apartment has central AC, WiFi, Samsung TV cable channels, a very large and comfy couch and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher , ice maker, all cookware, glasses, etc.
All of the beds are memory foam with cotton sheets and duvet covers.
Towels are provided but you will need to bring your own for the beach.
4 Beach badges are included (children under 12 are free) and toys are available to use and return. There is also storage for your beach chairs in the backyard and an outside shower to rinse off your feet and gear.
The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the driveway and has direct access to the patio where you will have your own grill and seating area and the backyard, which is shared.
The bay is only a 5 minute walk where you can rent kayaks, enjoy the beautiful sunsets or get a bite to eat.
The playground, outdoor gym and basketball and tennis courts are a 1-2 blocks away.

**If you are traveling with a larger group you can rent both apartments in the house (if available) for a total of 4 bedrooms. E-mail me for a discounted rate and availability.

Please note...
There are many year-round residents in the neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful and keep noise levels moderate and keep noise down after 10pm.
There is no smoking anywhere on the property, including the backyard.
No fireworks in the front or the back of the house.
No visitors or large gatherings.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
Any lost beach badges will incur a fee of $65 per badge.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and ID is required or you will not be checked in and any amount paid will be forfeited. The outside of the property is monitored.

This is OCD heaven, lol. I'm a very clean person and i never find a place to stay that's as clean as i like it. This was amazing. Clean, beautifully designed comfy beds, sheet smell good and close to everything. I highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

Very roomy and clean

I was it's actually very roomy. The bedrooms are a good side and so is the kitchen and living room.There were 6 of us and we never felt crammed. It was very clean. The yard is very nice and well maintained.the only downfall was the washer and dryer. They are small and you need coins to operate. I would definitely stay here again. definitelagain. kept.

Perfect Shore getaway

My family stayed here for 5 days in August and loved every minute of it. The house is exactly as advertised. Having outdoor space and a grill with a 1 year old is a must! It’s about a 1/2 mile or so to the beach, we rented a beach cart from a nearby company which helped a lot. Magdalena was communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Seaside!

Great stay

This home was as advertised - beautiful, clean and just a few blocks from the beach. We needed a place to stay for a full week for my daughter’s dance competition and have had bad experiences with hotels in previous years. We thought we would give Vrbo a try and are glad we did. This was an excellent first experience for us and would definitely recommend this property. Magdalena was a great host!

Very nice place

This place is very nice. Location is only blocks away from the seaside heights boardwalk. Communication was prompt and accommodating. Only gave 4 on cleanliness because there is an issue with ants in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was a nice place. The beach passes are only for seaside heights, so that was the real negative. We did not enjoy the seaside heights beach as the water was very rough compared to the seaside park side, and there are very limited areas where you can swim compared to seaside park. Other than that, it was very good stay.

Amazing Beach Apartment

The apartment was recently updated and it looks amazing. Everything is new and very well done; not the cheap upgrades I’ve seen in other rentals. The kids room was adorable and the game left for us was a nice touch. We had use of the big backyard complete with grill. There were even beach toys so I didn’t need to bring my own. It’s less than a 10 min walk (even when carrying all beach equipment and 2 kids) to the beach, water park and amusement park. We used the beach passes and didn’t have to purchase day passes. Overall I’m very impressed by the experience and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this was a great rental property. The host is very friendly and communicative. The place is newly renovated and nicely done!! beds are very comfortable. The yard is a big plus with the table to sit down and enjoy a barbecue or just play some cards as we did. Very close to the boardwalk and beach you don’t even need your car. I would definitely return next time I’m in Jersey. Don’t hesitate to book this property.
