I was to stay two nights, but with a pending snowstorm in Toronot I received an email from Air Canada saying I could switch my flight to get home before the storm. I did that, went to the front desk explained the situation to the front desk person and asked if I could get refunded for the second night. I was told it would refunded, but it wasnt.

Everything was great. Clean room, surprisingly good hotel restaurant. Only negative the breakfast buffet was $20 for a breakfast that other hotels give for free.
