The hotel is in a perfect location. The reception staff were unpleasant or unavailable and hidden. clients were a hinderence. Bedroom cleaning etc was perfect. Fridge cabinet door didn't fit so the light from the fridge was very noticeable top and bottom at night.

Our stay at Radison blu was amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Radison blu in Leeds to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be returning!

Easy check-in and the room was clean, modern, and spacious with complementary water and room temp control. Bathroom seemed a lot less recently refurbished than the room itself with staining and was generally shabby. But overall, a good value stay.

Poor sleep - hot room and bad pillows

Didn't take breakfast so can't comment. Room and bathroom a little tired. Pillows not great. Biggest issue was "air con" not responding to temperature set. It was just blowing hot air, so poor sleep as room got hotter and hotter up to 26 degrees overnight!

Average room - one small window blocked by a wall, but clean. No hot water in the morning unfortunately. Staff not particularly hospitable, bordering rude. Sadly won’t be staying again
