Fantastic Stay

Beautiful and charming hotel, river facing. We had a spacious, clean and beautiful room on the 5th floor. We loved the service and really everything about the hotel. The only suggestion for improvement is having another elevator since there was only one and the wait times could be long. There were also no readily viewable stairs that linked the 5th floor to the 4th floor but stairs were there from the 4th floor all the way to the 1st floor. Service was impeccable - Jess at the front desk along with everyone else was amazing. Highly recommended.

I would have liked a little more variety in restaurants but they were all convenient so can’t complain. Accessibility was perfect. Staff very accomodating. Room cleaned daily, sheets included! Would come back in a heartbeat!

Valet parking was not available stating they were full at 5 in the evening. Had to use a parking garage. Room was nice and view was beautiful however the noise from River Street was loud. Will not use this hotel again. Too much $ for the issues.

What beautiful historical hotel. Gorgeously decorated, firm and comfy beds and a wonderful complimentary happy hour. Location was amazing, walked to everything. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our room was on the 2nd floor with an alley behind it and there were people rolling garbage cans back and forth loudly the whole time. Also loud machines and people making noise late at night and early in the morning. Very disappointed.
