At check in I was accommodated courteously and professionally!! The Breakfast Buffet needs some new equipment and needs a new and upgraded approach to self service!!! Many breakfast areas in many different hotel chains are very quite the same.

The room was great, breakfast staff excellent. Room service was the WORST. No garbage pickup or fresh towels over 4 days. Got toilet paper, tissue paper and fresh towels from gym/pool area.

Excellent service, people were great, very clean, perfect Pool and hot tub. My only complaint was breakfast (complimentary) limited choices and subpar food. It was also cold. If there was a microwave down there it would have made up for it. Most hotels have microwaves in breakfast area.
