My overall stay was good. Check-in was easy and quick. Although the elevator was out of service before our arrival, they were able to get one up and running, which was a bit concerning, but it got us to our destination without any issues. The rooftop pool was nice, but the floor it’s located on was extremely hot. Since there was only one working elevator, we had to wait in the heat for 20 minutes. I liked that the rooms featured DOVE products. Despite the technical issues we experienced that weekend, I would still recommend this property.

Only one operating elevator, as one was out of order. The other made very concerning noises, especially as it was adjacent from our room and we had to hear it all night. The TV would not operate properly, pixelating & cutting out constantly. Also Bathroom sink had NO hot water.

The gap between the floor and the door was very big. You could hear everything going on out in the hall. One out of the two elevators was working the first day and it sounded like it was going to breakdown at any minute. Having only one elevator in service caused lines and delays. The second day the second elevator was out of service. We were on the 6th floor. The elevator was finally back in service but the lines just got worse. The breakfast was mediocre with a lot of things being out of service. I’ve always had a great experience with Holiday Inn Express hotels, so I don’t know what is going on with this location.

Great location and overall good value but the property needs some proper maintenance. Elevators were out half the stay and when the 1 did work it was giving off loud scraping sounds all day/night, bathroom sink was clogged, and I requested a fix for my tv remote that went unresolved. Will probably stay somewhere else if I ever go back to savannah

Came for a romantic weekend, many things were out of order including the elevators then only one was fixed so getting the elevator was a lost cause. The hotel said valet was $48 and parking garage was $25 to park ourselves. Well we parked ourselves and it costed $5 and then $10 . I think they just wanted our money. Tho when I talked to the front desk they were sympathetic to our understanding. I would not recommend staying here especially for price.

Elevators only working sometimes and I was on the 8th floor with a bad hip and knee. Coffee dispensers not working. $13.00 for an ice cream sandwich. Have you gone mad? Valet service was great. Front doors not working and had to go to side entrance. It did get fixed finally. Staff was very apologetic. Not their fault. I blame corporate. The staff said they had been calling elevator repairman for 3 days

Friendly staff, easy check in, close to downtown, great location. Elevators not working so no access to pool one day. And very noisy even in room! Breakfast was okay with several options but not alway fully stocked at all times, staff could not keep up with demand.
