I waited about ten minutes at the front desk and finally had to go down hallways to find someone help me check in. Finally did and he was very nice and extremely helpful, but undoubtedly understaffed. The building had just been renovated, but the seats on the dining chairs were all ripped up? What??? The room and rest of the building was all new. Maybe they were waiting for new ones?? If so, a sign notifying hotel guests of what was happening, would have been helpful. An eyesore like that may turn guests away from Comfort Inn and Suites, plus delayed help.

Bathroom: sink was cracked, smelled like stale smoke, cigarette ashes on toilet seat, extra toilet paper roll was put in behind the new one in where there was a old, metal insert for toilet paper that was dusty and bathroom was in need of a lot of updates. Eating area: Food was running low, orange juice had gone bad, tasted horrible. Person came in at 9:02 and started removing items immediately, even though there were still people eating. Breakfast was over at 9:00, nobody will get anymore food!!! I find that bizarre. They disassemble everything! The man that was supposed to be at front desk, left there to come and help. There were people waiting in line to check out! They waiting about 5 minutes before he noticed them.

The stay was excellent, front desk clerk was friendly. my stay was comfortable, bed was soft, everything was so convenient, also close to tanger outlets stores and plenty restaurants surrounded the hotel. was very quiet, I slept good, I will be back. Thanks very much.

I really liked the king bed room set up, it was a little different than the normal hotel room set up and very roomy. The front desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. My only complaint was that I was never able to login to the internet, too weak of a signal.

It’s your basic hotel but it was clean and in good condition. They are doing some remodeling there, there is an Air Force Base nearby and you do hear the planes go over once in a while. It will wake you up. But the property was convenient to Savannah and shopping areas. The bed and pillows were comfortable in the air conditioning work fine.

Poorly insulated walls and ceiling not "Comfort In

Paper thin walls apparently, noise from upstairs room of someone banging on the floor. Could also hear someone snoring next door. Registered complaint with desk, they were sympathetic but could not or would not do anything to abate the noise. Also the layout of the room is poor. An overhead reading floor lamp placed behind an armchair is so low that it is almost on top of the chair occupant's head. The most regretful part of this stay is that we paid an almost 50% markup by Hotels for the privilege.

Room was comfortable but there is absolutely no drawers or furniture for storing your clothes. Had to live out of a suitcase for 3 days.

The staff seemed to be inexperienced, and check in took a while. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. They had a huge storage container taking up a majority of the closer parking spots.
