The hotel looks modern and updated, and I really liked the built-in Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom — that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The biggest issue was the lack of staff and cleanliness. It took over 25 minutes just to check in because no one was at the desk. Our first room smelled like sewage and had hair all over the toilet. The second room looked better but had stained sheets, and later we found hair all over the shower. There were also no cups for the Keurig and no housekeeping staff available to help with anything. This hotel clearly has potential, but the staffing and cleanliness problems ruined the experience. I will never be staying there again when I return to Savannah.

My son and I went stayed here on our annual vacation. The hotel is clean and very nice. We particularly loved the Bluetooth mirror in our bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well; however, they did empty the trash and make the beds.

The room was dirty. The chaise lounge had to be flipped over because it had bodily fluids on it. Housekeeping stole my Tempur-pedic pillow that I left. I called two hours after checkout and they said it was not in the room when it was I got double charged for valet. Customer service did nothing. Front desk was rude when you could even get them to come to the front desk, they stayed hidden in the office the whole time the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered I will never ever ever stay at a Cambria hotel again. Thieves!! I give them zero stars
