The Riverview Estate Accommodations

As one of our prime vacation rentals Savannah GA, Riverview Estate combines two adjacent apartments within a historic brick building: Riverview Terrace and Riverview Penthouse. The Estate comes with four dedicated, off-street parking spaces, so there's room for your vehicles if you are driving.

The Riverview Terrace unit accommodates eight. It features gleaming hardwood floors and a wall of windows that overlooks the river. Outside, a generously sized balcony features cushioned sectional seating, a bistro table for four and wrought-iron railings.

The adjacent sitting room boasts leather armchairs, a matching sofa and a television. Put your feet up on the ottoman and stretch out in luxury while you catch the news or stay current with your favorite shows. Air conditioning and ceiling fans make it easy to keep the climate within your comfort zone. A convenient bathroom is just off the seating area.

Go down the spiral staircase to the lower level of this lovely suite. There's a larger living room done up in elegant neutral tones, two sofas and a large, wall-mounted TV. Exquisite brickwork adds character to this expansive space, and the arched windows flood the room with light. A French door opens to the balcony area.

The open floor plan features a breakfast bar with seating for six plus a fully equipped kitchen. A wealth of drawers and glass-front cupboards holds dishes, glassware, silverware and cooking tools for your gourmet meals. Our Savannah vacation homes have full-sized appliances too. You'll find a stainless-steel range/oven, dishwasher, French door fridge/freezer, microwave and more. Granite countertops provide plenty of space for making snacks or full meals. There's even a wet bar nearby to handle the overflow.

The sleeping quarters for Riverview Terrace are all outfitted with king-sized beds. Some of the lovely, high-end features you will find there include window shutters, seating areas with desks, personal televisions and ceiling fans.

Three of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. Glass-enclosed or walk-in showers are among the premium features in these baths.

Right next door to this luxury accommodation, you'll find a second unit every bit as deluxe as the first. Inside, you find a private elevator that is convenient for bringing up your luggage and for those in your group who want to skip the stairs.

The Penthouse features one king-sized bedroom and a second with a queen-sized bed. Both are spacious, light and beautifully furnished, in keeping with the rest of the estate. You'll also find a queen Murphy bed in the living room to accommodate two more guests, for a total occupancy in this unit of six. Three full bathrooms mean no waiting as you get ready to enjoy the sights of Savannah, either in the morning or at night.

The upper level boasts exposed-beam ceilings that create a lofty atmosphere plus a large kitchen that is complete with a breakfast bar and seating for four. Like the majority of our upscale Savannah vacation rentals, the Riverview Penthouse features a dining area as well. Unique to the Penthouse, though, the backdrop is exposed brick, which reflects the vintage elan of this former Savannah River warehouse. There's a rooftop terrace, too, that affords you a bird's eye view of the waterfront district.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
