Excellent location and the apartment was clean and well appointed. Internet was down during my 3 day stay due to a broken router next door. My only complaints were that you could hear everything outside. There are several restaurants that use the ally/street below across the way. You can hear everything that is being said by employees and dishes being washed and shuffled around. There was also a metal screeching sound every 5-10 minutes in the evening that maybe be a commercial HVAC going out across the ally as well. Not good for light sleepers.
