I had a great stay! The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection, including vegetarian options. I also loved the special features: diy bath bombs and self-serve lounge access (it was really fun to try some new drinks!). I’d easily stay here again for another trip to Sapporo!

The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it's a bit unfortunate that the bathroom ventilator doesn't work in all rooms.There were many amenities and a free lounge bar was available in the lobby. Fantastic location, great staff, lounge is a hit! Laundry near by, Great shopping just a block away, so convenient!! I changed my reservation twice to end up at this location and I am very glad I did. Walkable to so many great tourist spots as well as to Metro and Sapporo Station. Highly recommend!
