O sistema de fechamento automático dos quartos foi substituído por um melhor. O anterior, embora também fosse seguro, era inadequado para os dias atuais em termos de comodidade. Estão precisando trocar o sistema de sinal de televisão. Mesmo sendo um local de turismo e lazer predominantemente externo, TVs com péssima qualidade de sinal não são aceitáveis. A torneira da pia do banheiro e o vaso sanitário do apto 414 onde ficamos estão com vazamento. É fácil de resolver e evita desperdício de água. No mais, destaco o atendimento do funcionário Edgar. Todos muito gentis e atenciosos, mas este funcionário se destaca. Chuveiro excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Dica: se você tem horários flexíveis para chegada, vá próximo do horário do check para garantir vaga gratuita no estacionamento do próprio hotel. Eu não utilizo meu carro durante as estadias, então acaba sendo ainda mais vantajoso. Naquele ponto da praia do Gonzaguinha, é o melhor custo benefício em minha avaliação. Recomendo!

Quartos limpos, bom atendimento, excelente localização, café da manhã precisa melhorar, muitos doces e poucas opções de frutas. Serviço de limpeza das mesas lentas, principalmente em manhãs de muita gente. Salão de jogos um pouco abandonado com mesas quebradas ou danificadas. Considerando o custo-benefício, o hotel atende muito bem às expectativas. A equipe, especialmente a recepção, oferece um atendimento excelente, sempre cordial e atencioso. O café da manhã é um grande destaque, bastante completo e variado, remetendo a um café colonial, com cuidado visível por parte das colaboradoras responsáveis. Os quartos são amplos e bem organizados. A limpeza geral do ambiente é satisfatória, demonstrando zelo e atenção. Como ponto de melhoria, destaco a necessidade de renovação do enxoval. As toalhas e os lençóis apresentavam manchas visíveis e sinais de desgaste pelo uso prolongado, indicando que já passaram do momento ideal para substituição. Outro aspecto a ser considerado é o sistema de ar-condicionado, que é antigo, embutido na parede, sem controle remoto e com acionamento manual. Além disso, o equipamento apresenta ruído excessivo durante a noite, o que pode comprometer a qualidade do descanso, especialmente em dias mais quentes. De modo geral, trata-se de um bom hotel, com excelente atendimento e café da manhã de alto nível.
