You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Lovely property in an idyllic location. Access is not suitable for those with mobility issues, a lot of steps to climb to finally reach, but well worth the climb. Stunning views, excellent facilities. Regularly checked on to ensure we were satisfied with everything, ensuring fresh towels are offered and breakfast was accessible. Would visit again

Host didn’t tell us we needed to contact them before hand to arrange a meeting point - so we arrived and were totally lost for an hour! Hot tub didn’t work on first day. After this, they were swift sorting everything out, it’s a beautiful location, they kept in touch over WhatsApp, and the villa itself was stunning. Overall, would book again

The view, the space, the area, the small shops and accessibly to the city was all amazing. Parking was tight and the hike to the room kept us in shape and promised an amazing view every time. Would definitely come back to Villa 1 - loved it!!

This place is so cute… the host welcomed us when we arrived at the bottom of the hill at 1am beware that you will need to take your luggage up a couple hills and stairs! Lots of great dining options on top of place so good for drinks and sunsets! 2 bedrooms 2 bath rooms was perfect

Un peu déçu. Nous avions réservé la villa majestueuse Mais il ne s agit pas d un hôtel mais de plusieurs appartements dans le centre ville de pyrgos et pas tous au même endroit Impossible de trouver son appartement sans contacter le loueur et le n* inscrit sur expédia était erroné donc plus de 2 heures à attendre Le sav expédia a été incapable de nous aider et voulait même nous reloger Nous avons été aidé par des locaux L appartement était plutôt bien dans l ensemble Mais l annonce porte à confusion, les photos des appartements sont mélangées. Du coup en arrivant on n’a pas forcément l appartement correspondant aux photos Le jacuzzi devait être extérieur mais il était intérieur et en béton La température ne peut être réglée que par un technicien. Plus de 40 a notre arrivée et ensuite trop froid, donc un peu déçu là dessus Contrairement à l annonce pas de parking il faut se stationner sur les places de la ville Donc en plein été il faut tourner pour trouver une place En point positif belle terrasse avec un lit et superbe vue mer Emplacement plein centre ville et très calme Bons restos à proximité ( max 3 minutes de marche ) Dans l ensemble je recommande ce loueur Mais pensez à le contacter pour être sur de réserver le bon appartement
