Very difficult to find or contact the hotel

The cave house experience is good. But be prepared to take luggage from car park to cave house as it is Pui the hill. They have power helping you to deliver the baggage. Very difficult to get hold of the hotel. Not sure why the telephone no of the hotel cannot be contacted. It took me waiting for 1 hour in tourist information counter waiting for hotel to contact me. Even the tourist information counter do not know this hotel. There is no telephone no you can find in different websites like hotels.com, booking.com or other website. Please contact the, by email as soon as possible to arrange porter and transportation in advance for from either airport to hotel or from Carpark near hotel.

This is in a great location! The only issue is that the pictures don’t match up with the actual property. The really nice balcony picture is of a neighboring property! I’m surprised no feedback on this!! A little disappointed the pictures aren’t correct. Please update this!! Also, it took a while to get a hold of the the property to get check in instructions. I had to call Orbitz to have them reply to my multiple messages. However, once there we enjoyed staying there. The house manager was great! He was available to answer questions via WhatApp! All of his recommendations were great!

Excelente casa para unas vacaciones en familia o pareja. Era muy acogedora limpia y amplia. El jaccuzzi excelente. El host es muy amable y simpático nos ayudó con las maletas y transporte. La casa tiene la mejor ubicación de Santorini muy cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Bel appartement bien situé à Oia

Nous avons très bien été accueillis et avons pu prendre l'appartement malgré notre avance de 2h. L'hôte était très serviable et réactif par messagerie ou téléphone. Il nous a accueilli sur la place du bus et nous a porté les bagages dans les ruelles jusqu'à l'hébergement. Pour le départ il s'est levé aux aurores pour nous mener jusqu'au véhicule de transfert d'aéroport qu'il nous avait réservé auparavant. L'appartement était propre (ménage fait quotidiennement), spacieux et clair (sauf la salle d'eau). Nous avons tout de même relevé quelques fissures dans l'enduit mural et dans le revêtement de sol... Pour le côté authentique 😊. Et l'eau du jacuzzi était trouble à notre arrivée (certainement un problème de filtre), mais quelqu'un est venu nettoyer dans l'heure ! L'appartement est très bien situé sur la pointe d'Oia, dans une ruelle peu passante, juste à côté de la belle rue commerçante et tout près d'un beau point de vue pour le coucher de soleil. Attention: les photos montrent 3 terrasses différentes et 2 salles de bain. Pour Morfi il s'agit du jacuzzi couvert avec la petite table devant l'entrée, et l'accès à la terrasse par un petit escalier. C'est celle avec les 2 poufs/transats gris et le canapé (qui n'y est plus). La salle de bain est la gris foncé.
