Really super location ( close to subway & new shopping mall) and a very "european" breakfast in bed. The room was small but manageable as we were out most of the day. We did have a leak in the bathroom ceiling but managed to communicate with lots of gestures. Witih very little Spanish we were able to communicate and get what we needed. ..but somtimes it was a challenge. Very friendly staff who tried to understand. A nice change from the "usual" North American standard

Não gostei. O ponto forte da estadia foi a localização, apenas. O local é ótimo, próximo a excelentes restaurantes e do costanera center. Porém o atendimento não foi o melhor, para começar na nossa chegada de madrugada. A porta estava trancada e esperamos por minutos do lado de fora no frio pois o recepcionista estava dormindo. O box do banheiro é minusculo, nunca vi menor e a água quente não funcionava, pedi para arrumarem, mas n resolveram meu problema. Fui no inverno, muito frio...teve um dia que chorei por tomar banho no frio. PÉSSIMO!!! O café da manhã é bem simples e servido no quarto. Teve um dia que atrasou a entregar e não deu tempo de comer nada pq tínhamos um passeio agendado e a van já havia chegado.

Tive problemas no hotel, faltou água e luz em pleno domingo. Questionados a reembolsar a diária, o que deveria ser o mínimo, afirmaram q isso aconteceria posteriormente com crédito em meu cartão, todavia passado quase 4 meses não honram com o prometido, agora aguardo providências da hotel.com

Mesmo com os incidentes, foi muito show tudo!!

Localização excelente, Funcionários top, mas pena que o hotel não deu o estorno dos dias que fomos penalizados pelos incidentes no Chile. Achei que tanto o hotel ou a Hoteis.com poderiam nos dar o estorno, pois tivemos gastos extras em outro hotel devido ao cancelamento do Vôo de Santiago!! Entendo que ninguém teve culpa, mas no fim quem arca com o prejuízo é sempre o cliente!!

No tuve una buena experiencia

solicite una habitación doble con 2 camas , me me dieron una habitación sin ventana las camas no estaban juntas , estaban separadas por una muralla y yo iba con un adulto mayor de 88 años muy complicado no es lo que ofrecen a través de la publicación de fotografías , además solicite cambio y fue denegado

Foi tudo muito bom, com exceção ao café da manhã. São bem inflexíveis! O café tem início as 7:15 e não servem antes, porque eles entregam a bandeja de café no quarto e a senhora começa a entrega as 7:15. Você tem que agendar um horário para receber o café, mas não antes das 7:15! A senhora que cuida do café da manhã é bem mau-humorada, nada simpática e brava inclusive. A maioria dos passeios pega os hóspedes antes das 7, bem cedo mesmo! E ficamos sem café da manhã dois dias devido aos passeios saírem bem cedo! Fora este detalhe do café da manhã tudo foi ótimo!

広くて快適でした！ エレベーターが階の途中（例:2.5階の位置）に停まるので、荷物が多い場合は何段か階段で移動する必要があるので少し大変かもしれませんが、自分は特に不便には感じませんでした。

Banheiro muito amplo. Quartos bem grandes e confortáveis. Possui aquecedores de pé. Sinal do Wi-Fi é ótimo. Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. A ressalva é o café da manhã, que não varia. Mas ainda assim, compensa demais a estadia. É em frente ao metrô, tem vista para o Costanera Center. Amamos o hotel e acomodações. Super recomendo!

Hotel confortável e bem localizado

O atendimento no hotel foi ótimo, atendentes amáveis e atenciosas. A localização é excelente, ao lado de uma estação do metrô, próximo ao Parque Metropolitano, a um shopping e um grande supermercado. A estrutura física do apartamento é muito boa. Espaçoso, confortável, arejado, limpo. Com sala e cozinha para preparar alimentos, caso necessário. Banheiro espaçoso e limpo. Única reclamação é com relação à caixa sanitária, que estava com defeito e ficava vazando água o dia inteiro, se não abrisse e encaixasse direito.

Económico y bien ubicado

Es un hotel económico y agradable en providencia. La zona es muy comercial y esta muy cerca del costanera mall. La habitación no contaba con baño privado, pero este estuvo siempre limpio. Las cámas muy cómodas
