The refrigerator didn't work properly which was a problem due to my husbands insulin needing to be refrigerated. Also the table lamps were not working we needed to use our phones and flash lights to turn lights on on the walls to see at night and put-on over head light on to go to the bathroom disrupting everyone else's sleep. Also the beds and pillows were awful. The Hotel was notified and I was told i would receive a full refund. To date i have not received it. I was told it went back to Hotels.com and I am very dissatisfied.

The people who work there were all great, very friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but not much variety. Ill definitely stay at a Tru again.
