This beautifully decorated 127m² villa is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The living room features a cozy sofa and a dining table, complemented by an oversized window that floods the space with natural light. Enjoy stunning sea views from here, and step outside to the balcony, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tropical garden, complete with outdoor furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, and even a heated floor. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. There are two more bedrooms in the villa, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both with closets to place your clothes. All the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen for your comfort, and every bedroom has blackout shutters. Each bedroom has it’s own temperature controls.

The bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience, as well as heated floors.

The space is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the pool is not suitable for children and is only accessible by stairs.

Caniço is conveniently located just a short drive from Funchal, Madeira’s capital, allowing visitors to easily explore the city's attractions while enjoying a quieter base. The town is well-connected by public transportation, with plenty of taxis and car rental services available for added convenience.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do in Caniço, with numerous hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the coastline and the Atlantic Ocean. The Garajau Nature Reserve, a must-visit for nature lovers and divers, showcases a rich marine life and the iconic Cristo Rei statue overlooking the ocean.

With its mild subtropical climate, Caniço enjoys warm summers and mild winters, making it an ideal year-round destination. While the town is famous for its natural beauty, it also features interesting cultural sites, such as local churches and historical landmarks.

Caniço offers stunning coastal views and beautiful beaches, including the popular Reis Magos Beach, renowned for its clear waters and excellent conditions for snorkelling and diving. The town boasts a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes, serving both traditional Madeiran cuisine and international dishes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
