Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Room was good, ants on first night in bathroom & heating a little noisy, but clean and well kept by staff. Staff were very friendly overall, the upkeep and docor of the hotel was beautiful. All inclusive, was worth it. The food was wonderful. Th entertainment a good touch, one pool cold and barely used, but the other was good.. the indoor pool area could be cleaner. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
