Three bedroom apartment located in the main commercial street of the city. Spacious living-room with kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. On a 5th floor with elevator. Located in an area with all amenities.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, commonly abbreviated as Santa Cruz, it is a city and capital (jointly with Las Palmas) of the Canary Islands, the capital of Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and of the island of Tenerife. The main landmarks of the city include the Auditorio de Tenerife (Auditorium of Tenerife), the Santa Cruz Towers (Torres de Santa Cruz) and the Iglesia de la Concepción. Santa Cruz de Tenerife hosts the first headquarters of the Center UNESCO in the Canary Islands. In recent years the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has seen the construction of a significant number of modern structures and the city's skyline is the sixth in height across the country, only behind Madrid, Benidorm, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. In 2012, the British newspaper The Guardian included Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the list of the five best places in the world to live.

Great Location!

This spacious 3BR apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz in a perfect location on Calle del Castillo. Daniel, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to reach, with excellent English communication skills. This apartment provided a great home base for my stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

we enjoyed a great week ! this flat is closer of every bus, tram lines and in the down town. This appartment is very spacious, luminescent and well equipped. There is a beautiful soul, view on the roofs very nice. The host is very communicative and available, I recommand this location. !!!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima, ideale per visitare la città. L'arredamento è essenziale, quasi spartano. Stile casual.Purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati: all'arrivo abbiamo trovato l'ascensore fuori uso, venendo a sapere da una vicina che era guasto da giorni prima del nostro arrivo ma non siamo stati informati preventivamente dal proprietario. Sapendolo, avremmo scelto un altro appartamento. E' stato un vero disagio portare valigie e bagagli al 5 piano a piedi ed organizzare le giornate cercando di limitare al minimo la necessità di salire e scendere 5 piani di scale a piedi ogni volta. Tra i vari messaggi automatici inviati dal proprietario, ci veniva ricordato di rispettare la quiete del vicinato tra le 21:00 e le 9:00. Cosa che ovviamente abbiamo fatto, peccato che anche in questo caso il proprietario si era dimenticato di avvertirci che erano in corso lavori interni allo stabile e siamo stati svegliati prima delle 8:00 del mattino da martelli, trapani e dal rimbombo delle voci degli operai. Il clima di Santa Cruz però è fantastico e mette il buon umore, almeno fino all'arrivo alla rampa delle scale. L'ascensore lo abbiamo trovato riparato la sera prima della nostra partenza. Non la migliore esperienza in questo campo ma può succedere, da migliorare la comunicazione e l'empatia. La prossima volta, nel dubbio, evito. Saludos

Même si la cuisine est un peu "vieillote", il y'a l'essentiel (une petite casserole en plus serait appréciée), et très fonctionnel. 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, baignoire+WC, 1 salle d'eau
