This fantastic "fisherman's house", one of the most successful of our holiday homes, now has air conditioning in all bedrooms, and two new bathrooms (shower).
Mon Palau has an authentically Menorcan style with its pristine white and its green booklet shutters, and it certainly fulfils what it promises, it is a true “palace” of Mediterranean life, a house full of light in a privileged location. It stands out without a doubt for its garden and terrace that enjoy the best view over the sea. You will only see rocks, sea and sky, and the soundtrack of your vacation will be the sound of the waves. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. There is also a relaxation area, so you can soak up the sun and salt whenever you want, and enjoy an outdoor life by the sea without leaving home. Two bedrooms have direct views of the sea, one of them with a double bed, the other with twin beds. The third bedroom is individual. There are two modern bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bright living room, with large windows and doors that communicate with the outside.

The city of Maó is only about 10 kilometres away, with all its cultural, gastronomic and commercial offer, you also have Sant Lluís about 3 kilometres away, and in the immediate neighbourhood on the coast you have Punta Prima in the east and Binibeca in the west, with its magnificent beaches and its wide range of everything the “normal” tourist needs. Which you are not, because you will be a privileged person who lives the Menorca of the locals.

lovely apartment/villa
peaceful, laid back, out of the way. So out of the way the village doesn't even have a shop or cafe/restaurant. No beach to speak of so not for sand fans.

Vacaciones estupendas
Casa muy cómoda, ubicación estupenda, cala al lado para darse un chapuzón en cualquier momento, zona no muy masificada que mantiene su encanto. Vimos unos delfines mientras estabamos desayunando en la terraza. Se agradecen los ventiladores que los usabamos a la noche para dormir mejor.
