The villa is a beautiful villa located in the center of Binibeca Nou just 300 meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca.

This villa has been recently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, each bedroom with air conditioning, it also has 2 full bathrooms.

The modern style kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable. There is a large living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV and a separate dining room.

The large terrace has sea views and a barbecue. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a canopy cover to provide shade.

Outside you will find your own private pool with sun loungers.


Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and leisure areas such as kayaking, bicycles, diving, etc. Several restaurants a few meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell.

In addition to the Binibeca beach, you will also find the beaches of Binisafua, Punta Prima, Alcaufar or if you prefer swimming on the rocks, just 800 m away you will find the Binibeca Vell platforms, a little further but about 5 minutes by car, there is the famous cove of Ses Ollas in Binisafua Rotter.

The house is very well located, close to everything.

A wonderful villa!

We have just returned from a wonderful week away staying at Binibeca Nou. The villa was superb. We arrived late so the housekeeper had all the lights on ready for us which was very helpful. The location is outstanding. Just a very short walk to the most delightful beach! The villa was immaculately clean throughout and had evidently been recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well each night. The villa was equipped very well and we had everything that we needed. The only slight downside was that we were very restricted with the television channels that we could watch. There is only so much one can watch of 'Escape to the Country!' We highly recommend this villa!
