Villa Splendente is an ultra modern villa just few minutes from Ibiza Town, close to Marina Botafoch and the beach of Talamanca Surrounded by pines and palms trees has a direct access to the beach and incredible sea view.
Villa Splendente has a unique outdoor spaces and a wide terrace to admire the Mediterranean sea.
The modern glass sliding-doors in the living room opens the space directly to the sun terrace letting in the magnificent natural light to illuminate the designer’s furnishings of Bruno Erpicum creating a dreaming atmosphere with soft tones of greys. The open-space living room access to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The Vila can accommodate 14 guests, 4 double bedrooms all with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (one is a Service Room for staff) , plus two double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet shared. 5 bedrooms has also a terrace, one of them has with sae view.
Complete the property an infinity private pool and hot tub, to relax in the sunshine, a cosy cinema room, a spacious games and entertainment room and a gym to guarantee free time and socialisation.
This Villa can also accommodate staff and nannies.
