I had a great stay at FERGUS Style Bahamas. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was the beds, which weren’t very comfortable and could use an upgrade. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again for the location and overall experience.

We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and a jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and the jacuzzi tub worked well. It seemed to leak a bit over night but that cleared up in the sun next day. Balcony was very nice with 2 sitting chairs, a little table, an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. Property was nice and clean as well. We had the breakfast included, which was a wonderful buffet of lots of food and drink options. We didn’t participate in poolside activities but noticed some when we passed through. We had a later flight so we kept our luggage in a room with racks and lockers (lockers were 2€). They have food available most of the day and drinks until late night. The air conditioning in the room was not very cold at all but there was AC in the lobby seating areas and great AC in the dining area. The only other setback was a slow check in process but otherwise we had a great stay and will be using Fergus hotels again in the future!

We came back to our room to water all over the floor my bags and shoes where wet told reception and they moved us to a smaller room which took a total of an hour to happen and to move our stuff on our own with no help to the point we missed our event we had booked. When I asked the man at the front of there was anything else they could do to compensate he said “manager is in tomorrow” and just didn’t care what I had to say was just rude and unhelpful
