Great modern rooms , great food and amazing customer service. The guest services were great too. Nairia helped us and recommended amazing place to visit called Cala Bassa which was amazing. The buffet was awesome and to our surprise even served whole fish. I would for sure stay in this hotel if I came to Ibiza again.

Don’t be put off by the reviews! We had read the mixed reviews about this hotel before travelling but we found it perfect for our family holiday. We travelled with our 18 month old and the hotel had everything you need to ensure all needs were met and everything was easy for us. We have never seen our daughter happier! The staff here are great especially the restaurant staff. Special mention to Isabel, Abdellatif and Juan who went above and beyond for our daughter. You have a mixed variety of people who stay at the hotel but we liked that. We will definitely return!

This property is not worth the money even for an all inclusive. The room is very basic, bathroom had mold on the ceiling assuming from no ventilation. Face of tub was loose and is very high/deep making in inaccessible for some. Pool area was not maintained/cleaned. Cups all over the place and straws and lemon slices floating in the water. People will leave their stuff on chairs for hours so you need to grab a chair very early. The buffet is serviceable but better off going to a restaurant off the property instead. Would not recommend.
