This incredible 300-square-meter country villa, set on a 30,000-square-meter lot, has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its authentic Ibizan style. It is located in Benimussa, the spacious and picturesque valley of the San José countryside. Its strategic location means that the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of the island, as well as the towns of San José and San Antonio, are just a short drive away. The house is located 10 minutes from the town of San José and 8 minutes from San Antonio.

The property is set in a quiet and peaceful environment, featuring a meticulously maintained garden with natural grass and fruit trees. From its terraces, you can enjoy sweeping views of the valley and farmland, and from the garden and dining room, spectacular views of the sea and the sunset.

It sleeps up to 10 people. It has 5 double bedrooms: one bedroom with a 1.50m double bed; two bedrooms with 1.60m double beds; and two bedrooms with 2x2m beds (consisting of two 1m-wide single beds).
The main entrance to the house leads through a small living room with a fireplace, which opens onto a spacious living/dining room with ocean views; four steps lead to another small separate living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and features a dining area, pantry, fireplace, and small sofa, adding that special charm typical of Ibizan homes.
The entire house is on a single level. The kitchen leads out onto an outdoor porch and into another living room (typical of Ibizan architecture).
This living room leads to the other part of the house, which comprises two spacious bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower), a small study, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom.

There are several terraces accessed directly from the living areas, as well as a large patio with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner al fresco during the hottest months of summer.

A few steps down towards the swimming pool and barbecue, on a lower level, lies a beautifully maintained garden with a natural lawn and fruit trees, as well as an outdoor toilet and shower. On an even lower level is the swimming pool with its spacious terrace (complete with sun loungers, parasols and tables), which connects to the covered barbecue area featuring a large table seating 10 people. This area is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and coffee machine, as well as a very practical gas hob that replaces a standard charcoal barbecue, as the latter poses a fire hazard in the countryside.

The house has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living/dining room. It is equipped with a safe, an alarm system, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a sound system.
In addition to bed linen and bath towels, there are also towels for the pool area.

All access roads to the house are fully tarmac-surfaced. The house can be reached via several roads leading to the village of San José, which is 5 km away. The distance to San Antonio is 4 km; to Ocean Beach Ibiza in San Antonio, 4.8 km; Cala Bassa, 9 km; Cala Tarida, 10 km; Cala Conta, 11 km; Cala Moli, 13 km; Cala Vadella, 15 km; Ibiza Town, 15 km; the airport, 15 km.

Lovely villa

Great views, very well kitted out with everything you need, lots of dining space around the villa and pool and very spacious inside.

Huge villa with fantastic pool area, really well equipped and great views.

Very secluded rural retreat. The villa is large and has plenty of room even if at its maximum occupancy. Ideally you need a car because taxis have difficulty finding it but it is not impossible with out one. The pool area is the highlight. There is a great entertainment area with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge fridge. There are three fridges in total and more crockery and glasses than you’ll ever need. Dishwashers both in the main kitchen and the pool area. Nightly recommended. Just don’t book it when we want to go back.
