The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and noisy. The other tenants were noisy, reving enguines late into the noght and letting their dogs bark and wander around unleashed. Breakfast was ok. Good place for an overnight stay but extened, not so much.

When arrived at property, the room was filthy. Cobwebs and chipped paint along with dead bugs on floor and windowsill. Staff rude and discourteous. Refused to refund $. I checked out without refund. Comfort suites in Sanford was much more accommodating with a clean room and wonderful staff!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our dog stayed free which was nice. The room needed some work done on it. It was not really clean. There was no coffee pot in the room and the refrigerator was barely working. The beds were super uncomfortable and the noise lasted till 3 in the morning and started back at 6 am.
