Overall we were not pleased with our stay. The walls were very thin and we could hear a lot of noisy people all throughout the night. The parking was also difficult for a large SUV.

Not what we were expecting…
The expectations compared to the reality were strikingly different. The beds were dirty and disgusting. Pull out couch had sheets had food and pubic hair in them. When we went to remove the sheets the bottom of the mattress had mold on it. When we went to go to bed the sheets in the master also was full of the same hairs. Housing keeping came and replaced the pullout mattress and sheets quickly. Unfortunately, it took almost two hours to get replacement sheets for the master bed. At check-in we requested at late checkout of noon, which the young lady taking care of us said would not be an issue. At 10:00am we get a knock on our door asking if we were checking out, and I explained I arraigned at 12:00 checkout. At 11:30 I receive a call saying that there was no record of my late checkout and they were going to have to charge me for staying after 11:00, according to her based off of company policy. When asked to speak with a manager I was told there was none working this weekend.
