★★★★★ Estadía perfecta El hotel superó mis expectativas: habitaciones impecables y silenciosas (dormí sin un solo ruido), áreas comunes muy limpias y un ambiente que transmite seguridad en todo momento. La comida del restaurante fue deliciosa a cualquier hora, y tener restaurante y casino 24/7 fue un plus enorme. El staff, además, fue súper amable y resolutivo desde el check-in hasta el check-out. Me gusto q esta cerca de todo y caminas San Jose de shopping, comiendo. El restaurante del hotel la comida muy buen y a precios razonables. Los empleados tanto del hotel como restaurante muy serviciales y amables. En cuando a seguridad me gusto q cierran porton y tienen seguridad pendiente 24hrs. Ademas el desayuno esta incluido y tienen wifi gratis. Me gusto porque esta cerca de todo y pude caminar de dia al mercado, las plazas, restaurantes tipicos,etc

The carpet in the rooms smell awful. the AC makes a noise that is impossible to sleep at night. Towels are old and sometimes you have to wait more than usual to take the elevator. Breakfast was okay, there are some food that are not in display and you don't know they have it , like yogurt . you have to ask them if they have yogurt , they will bring it to you from the inside fridge .
