Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service. Charged us for delivery and didn’t follow through!!!!

The restaurant is NOT open for lunch and dinner like it says on the listing. It is only open for breakfast. The airport shuttle is not a real shuttle. 48 hours is needed to see if the driver they use is even available. The front desk told me to use uber when it is illegal in Costa Rica.

This hotel is in a centrally located area in San Jose with nice dining options nearby, shopping, museums, and theaters. Each room is unique and clean. The breakfast bar has nice fresh fruit, eggs, pinto, plantains, toast, creal, cheese, juice, coffee, and tea available. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The property is very centrally located---just minutes to the National Museum of CR, restaurants, theaters, etc. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good--they did not serve any meat at all but overall good.
