Villa Ventanas is an exclusive private vacation home with 4 bedrooms 4 baths that sleeps 12 comfortably, showcasing amazing views of the Sea of Cortez from every room. Situated amongst multi million dollar homes within the gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado, you will find this community nestled between the One and Only Palmilla and Starwood's Westin Hotel. The house has recently been renovated to ensure that you enjoy all entertaining spaces inside and out.

Our secluded home is perfect for your entire family, a couples retreat or favorite travel group. Villa Ventanas boasts 5,000 sq feet of beautiful living space and 2,030 sq feet of breathtaking outdoor space. We offer 4 spacious bedrooms with a total of 6 beds that can sleep up to 12 comfortably, each with a full bathroom. If you are looking to stay in shape we have a fully equipped gym to meet your needs. You will absolutely love the many entertaining spaces inside and out. During the day find your place on a comfy lounge chair and watch the whales put on a show for you. At dusk grab your favorite drink and head to the upper terrace for the amazing sunsets, turn on the table fire feature and just relax while the Sea of Cortez glistens into the night.

You and your guests will have access to absolutely everything in our home. As they say "Mi casa es tu casa". We even invite your fur babies to come along with you*. They will be able to frolic in our secured fenced grass area made just for them. The chef of the group will love the enormous gas grill or we can arrange for a private chef to come and pamper you from our private chefs quarters. You won't even know they are there! We offer internet access so the working bees of the group will be connected the entire stay.
*Dogs to be 20 pounds or less and must be potty trained. Exceptions on a case by case basis.

Cody and I (Kelly) along with our house manager/head conceirge Carlos are here to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. Carlos will personally greet you upon your arrival to familiarize yourself with the home. He can be reached at a moments notice for any needs you may have such as pre-arrival grocery shopping, car service, car rental, private chef, tee times, dinner reservations, excursions, etc... Included in your stay our wonderful maid Marina will keep the home nice a tidy for you and your guests Monday thru Fri.

Located on the much desired Cabo Corridor in between the quaint traditional town of San Jose Del Cabo (5-10 minutes), where you will find a laid back atmosphere with amazing restaurants and the art district and the faster paced town of Cabo San Lucas (15-20 minutes). We are very excited to have the new Koral Center located directly across the street from the communities entrance. Here you will find El Merkado - 35,00 sq feet of restaurant heaven - it is inspired by the great marketplaces of Europe featuring two floors of gastronomic delight. Here you will also find Hospital H+ - the best medical facility in all of Los Cabos, boutique shops, Manoma spa, Moduvated Fitness Center, wine shop, organic food market, brewery and much more. You will also be located just 1 mile away from the Shoppes at Palmilla. You will find beach and hiking trails throughout Rancho Cerro Colorado and neighboring Palmilla.

I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the area. Carlos can also arrange Car service.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ventanas! The house was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the private beach nearby was a favorite of the kids, and Carlos was always readily available in case we needed any help or had questions. Would absolutely recommend to others looking for a private villa in Cabo. My one recommendation for other guests would be to make sure you rent a car to make it easier to get around for quick trips like groceries or just going down and up the hill to the beach.

We had a group that had stayed at a resort on El Medano beach 15 years ago and this was our reunion. We wanted to be together this time now that the kids were older. After extensive research, we all decided this was the place. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Carlos, the property manager, was there to help coordinate whatever we needed. It was extremely rekaxing, the house was cleaned everyday, which allowed us all to just enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation spot!!

We had 7 people in our group, including one 8yo boy. Everyone had an amazing and relaxing time! The view is absolutely spectacular. We were able to see whales breaching all day long while we relaxed by the pool with a cocktail or read a good book on the upper deck area. There were also a couple adventures we decided to take including a ziplining adventure that was the highlight of my son's trip. What an absolutely perfect week we spent in this house. There was room for everyone to be together or seperate depending on our moods. The house was super clean and the cleaning ladies were a wonderful added luxury. Carlos helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay, and had a smile on his face the whole time. We would choose to stay here again for future vacations to Cabo. Truly a memorable trip for all of us. Thank you Kelly and Cody for opening up your home to us!!

Good house

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks with 2 sets of friends. The house works best for 3 couples vs. the 4 we had. The location and views are great. Carlos, the concierge, and Kelly were so great and responsive and helpful. We had chef Ojeda (Renee) come in and cook 3 times and would highly recommend it. We would stay here again.

Not as Advertised lot's of issues!

I have no idea how this property has all 5 star reviews, something doesn't make sense. SOME of the issues we encountered: 1. The water takes 7 to 10 minutes to get warm, it never got "hot" in any of the showers in the house. The local contact was well aware of the issue, which means the owner was well aware but failed to disclose it. 2. The cabinets and drawers throughout the house are very hard to open. They do not have handles, they have some strange opening mechanism that requires you to push on the drawer/cabinet and it will spring open enough so you can get a hold on it and open it. Only, problem is they are old and worn-out, and don't spring open enough, thus you need to dig be hind the drawer/cabinet door with you fingernails and pry them open. Over 8 days this is a huge pain. Again, they are aware but they don't disclose the issue till after you have arrived. 3. There are many wall mounted switches that don't seem to do anything? Thus making turning on and off lights rather difficult. Long delays from turning on and actual light activation. 4. There are many lights that appear to not have switches associated with them, thus you can't turn them on. We searched and search to no avail. 5. The main ceiling light fixture in the lower level makes a strange chirping sound and flickers on and off. This issue exists in several of the bathrooms and other rooms throughout the house. 6. Front entry lights are very poor and steps dangerous. Lots more to list.......

Perfection!

“Perfection” is about the only word I could reasonably use to sum up this property. Everything about it was just exceptional. My wife and I plus a couple of our friends stayed here. The Villa was more than enough space for all of us. The pictures don’t actually do justice to how wonderful this place is! The views from the patios are great. You see plenty of ocean plus the beach, as well as the mountains off in the distance. The pool and pool furniture (with fire pits on either side) were great and got plenty of use. The beds were cozy, the furnishings comfortable. There is ample space (in fact, we didn’t even use the TV room). The house itself is lovely and well appointed. The housekeeper who comes daily keeps the house absolutely spotless. But the best feature was Carlos, the concierge. He is always available via text. I texted him shortly before we arrived to pick up some necessaries. He was there when we arrived with all of our groceries plus some flowers! We ended up not using his services that much, but he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We rented a car, which made things easier. We spent most of our time in SJDC (we went into CSL for a day before deciding that San José was definitely more our speed). You are very close to El Merkado (which has some excellent restaurants), plus a grocery store, liquor store, etc. Downtown SJDC is a 10-15 min drive. All in all, a wonderful place. We will definitely stay here again next time we are down in Cabo!

Amazing villa.

My family stayed at Villa Ventanas for a week and it was a great place to stay. Kelly was a super responsive host and Carlos, the house concierge, was so helpful in addressing any issues that popped up and also helped with arranging a private chef who was amazing and any other activities we inquired about! We will definitely be looking at staying here again the next time we come to Cabo.

Kelly and Cody’s home is AMAZING! 5 stars is not enough! We were 4 couples who stayed for 10 days. The home was outfitted with anything you could want and more. Kelly was terrific at communicating as was the house concierge Carlos. Carlos did a great job arranging whatever we needed. The housekeeper Margarita did an exceptional job keeping the home immaculate during our stay. We loved watching the whales from the outdoor areas and must have seen at least 100! Kelly and Cody know how to do it right! We look forward to hopefully returning one day.

The house is very well equipped with everything we need during our stay. The location is ideal, easy to get to Cabo. San Jose del Cabo and adjacent areas for activities, dining, shopping. The El Makado across the street was a life saver for our first night as it offered choices for a hangry group with teenagers and adults :-) Kelly is a very attentive and available host. Paradise in Cabo

We had an amazing time at Villa Ventanas! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite places to hang out and enjoy listening to the ocean. It was everyone's first time coming to Cabo, and Carlos, the house manager, made sure we were taken care of from our arrival until we had to leave. 10 out of 10 stars, we will definitely be back!

Amazing Home.... Fantastic Family Vacation

The photos are great of the home online... but in person WOW the views are breathtaking and the home is well maintained. The booking process was a breeze, Kelly and Carlos were amazing to work with. We have stayed in a few vacation homes but this home was our absolute favorite, it was our home away from home. The house has everything that we needed through the stay, to top it off having Maggi there everyday was amazing. We enjoyed the view from the pool, having our family dinners outside around the large dining table every night, our morning coffee from the 2nd floor balcony, and game night every night. Beautiful Home...Perfect Family Vacation!!!

This home is the perfect place for a Cabo getaway!!! Home is just as pictured, spacious, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, furniture is high quality and comfortable. The outdoor living space is fantastic with stunning views!!! Most of our days were spent in the sun enjoying the pool and evenings relaxing by the fire. Service was top notch, Kelly checked in regularly and informed us immediately when some service work was completed during our stay. Carlos was amazing, always a text away, reached out long before our stay to help plan our excursions and meals cooked in the home for us. His suggestions and connections were top notch!!! Maggie was very sweet, kept the house neat and clean for our stay. Thank you so much for the welcome gifts, we enjoyed them!!! The location is excellent, right off the main road in a gated community. There is a very nice huge grocery store across the street, lots of close restaurants and some great shopping in the area. Thank you for making our family vacation perfect!!! Our home away from home

This was our second visit to Villa Ventanas and once again it was nothing short of amazing! Carlos met us at the home upon arrival to welcome us "home". He was kind enough to purchase all of our groceries and alcohol prior to our arrival. It was a very nice treat as we were able to start our vacation immediately! The villa was just as we remembered it to be and was even more breathtaking the second time around. We absolutely loved spending our days relaxing in the pool, and our nights relaxing around the fire pit on the upstairs terrace. This visit was just as special as the very first. Villa Ventanas is a little slice of paradise. One that we intend to enjoy each and every year. There is no better place to grow your "sisterhood" with forever friends! The memories we have made are priceless! Thank you Kelly, Carlos, & Maggi for a wonderful week! See you in 2023!!!
