This is definitely not a fancy hotel by any means. It is bare basic what you need- a bed, a bathroom, working heat/air, tv- that's it. BUT it was clean and my check in was fine. I'm giving it a kind of low rating because it was SO loud. I was put in a room right by the exterior entrance/exit door so literally alllll night you would just hear loud crashes as people came through the doors and they would slam shut. It was very hard to sleep. Also, the sheets have been used for longer than needed- lots of piling, and there was no blanket...just multiple sheets layered on the bed. If it wasn't for the loud doors and inability to sleep, it would have been perfectly fine. Additionally, note that if you're leaving early in the morning (I left at 4:30am for a flight) there is no one on staff and no way to checkout. I kind of pushed my key card under the door, but no other checkout options that I saw.

The property has been renovated since last visit. The smoke and odors have been reduced. You can’t blame property management cause folks refuse to follow the Rules. It was safe, room clean (no unwanted pest)! The IHOP for breakfast was delicious with senior specials. Thanks everyone 🙏

The staff checking in and out were very friendly. The property is a bit dated, but the room was clean, quiet at night and nice and dark. There’s a large slider with a small patio, but the curtains blocked all exterior light. For one night trip, this met our needs fine.

The staff checking in was very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located off the freeway with an ihop right there. There was plenty of parking available. The room was very spacious which was nice and had a cute little balcony set up. It was a nice place to stay to be close to Filoli to see the Dambo Trolls exhibit.

Close to airport. Easy check in. There was no one there to checkout at 4:03 am, but was able to slide keys thru the window. Nearby places to eat and not too far from downtown where there’s more options. Room was clean and everything was working. There was just no microwave in room.Overall, it was an excellent stay.
