Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. We just had a VERY noisy neighbor that was loud all night. I didn’t report it to staff, so it’s not the properties fault.

The big issue (only issue) was the bathroom light. It would flicker if left on more than 2 minutes--turn off for up to to three seconds and then come back on for 1 seconds. Very annoying. Everything else was good.

The room was supposed to be a family room, it was so small that there was a side room with the full bed that you could barely open and close the door to without hitting the bed. That tiny room had a door to the outside that you could see outside through the door frame. There was a room joined to our room that the person next door was trying to open and there was no insulation and you could hear them like they were in our room. When we left we found a bug in our bed! The bathroom was so small, the door hit the toilet and it was hard to close when you went in! The pictures on the site are not what you get.

I was grateful that the staff reached out to me the day before my check-in. When I called the next day to inform them of my late arrival, they gave me clear and helpful instructions for accessing my room. The property was easy to locate, featuring plenty of parking and convenient room entry straight from the parking lot. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the flooring is lvp so there was no annoying bad smell coming from old carpet, and the HVAC system operated quietly. I would definitely stay at Leland again without a second thought.
