The pool was closed for renovation, which we did not learn about until we checked in. We registered our car at the front desk, yet we twice had notices left on it saying we hadn’t registered it. This was annoying. One day at breakfast, there were two men who were clearly homeless. One behaved very strangely. Staff seemed unbothered. Is the hotel sometimes used as a shelter? This would be nice to know in advance. The room and the staff were nice, location is great.

Staff was so delightful and very courteous. We truly appreciated the earlier check in after long flight. Any issues were addressed right away. Recommendations were appreciated and correct. Staff was respectful and the room was clean. In the bathroom there was a problem on the shower head because it was loose. The water was spraying on the ceiling.
