Ants were not invited

Just a couple of items, the place had ants and I think the property knows cause there was a can of raid in the kitchen cupboard. Can’t use that when we have little ones. And in the. Bathroom downstairs the soap container was empty.The bedroom with the on suite , the shower that looks like it was a “beam me up Scotty” looking, is so hard to figure out and the water was too hot. Could not figure on to turn it down.Also that bed had sand in the sheet. So we were thinking they were never washed not good.
