There is no time to get bored in this home! The backyard is equipped with an 8ft hot tub, barbeque and gas firepit for smores . Games galore with a 9 foot pool table or ping pong. There is plenty of room for separate tv viewing. Two living areas both equipped with large smart flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms all have large screen tvs as well. Large walk-in closet has a futon and tv for extra sleeping room and privacy. Air mattress and plenty of sofas allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. **** I just built a studio in the garage area. There is a door in the front by driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests.**** You will have complete privacy.
Location is close to the 15 and the 8 which makes everywhere, whether SeaWorld, zoo, Safari park, the beach, gaslamp or the Convention Center easy and convenient to get to. The home has 3 different tv lounge areas for multiple people to watch different shows. Kids can watch disney while sports are being watched while playing pool. 6 tvs so no one will be without!
Open floor plan makes it perfect for entertaining. Convenient location with privacy and easy to get anywhere in San Diego.

Amazing! The house is so big and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked; lots of big pots, one big pan and a wok, 2 baking sheets, lots of big bowls, lots of dishes and silverware and glasses. Definitely well-equipped for large amounts of people. The beds were also very comfortable. The master bedroom has a twin mattress in the closet that can be used, and the closet in the hallway can double as a bedroom. There’s also an air mattress in there. Bathrooms were clean. The backyard is awesome! Hot tub was great, though smelled very strongly of chemicals when the bubbles were on. I appreciated having a washer and dryer and Tide pods. There’s also a TON of bath and beach towels in the linen closet and a beach wagon and cooler in the backyard. We had a group of 12 college students, and I would totally come back.

The house wasn’t the cleanest and I found a half smoked cigarette in my bed but the communication with the host was great, check in and out was easy and the host was super nice which was my favorite part. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We enjoyed the pool table there was lots to do and nobody got bored. Overall I was pretty happy with my stay thank you.

Great Place for family

The house was great. The home was spacious. There was enough space for everyone. The bedrooms were great. Especially after a long week in Anaheim. Coming to the serra mesa house and being able to relax in a nice comfy bed was heaven. The yard was a nice place to hang out with the grandkids. Big yard for them to run around. There was enough toys there to keep them occupied. The bigger kids enjoyed the pool table. The house was stocked with everything you would need. All we had to buy was our food. I'm only bummed we couldnt stay longer. Thank you Lael for making our stay so great

Property is in a nice location with good amenities. Property manager is quick to response. Cleanliness is an issue. Ceiling fans an inch thick of dust. Slow cooker still have food from previous guests.

This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean things stocked and easy to find. The house was easy to find and close to all the things we wanted to visit while in San Diego. The hostess was very delightful to meet and talk to. I will be telling all my family and friends about this house, and will rent again when planning another trip to Diego.

An incredibly responsive host, quickly fixed all we complained about. Great place for kids, pets, large groups, long stays. Highlights: . Good for relaxing, interacting; spacious, comfy couches, rec equipment . Enough couch and dining seating for max allowed guests, seating for 30+ in backyard . Fenced yard (but check gate, was open when arrived) . Main bathroom had magnetic handheld shower head, easy even for short people, good pressure . Good storage spaces, places to put open suitcases up Other (we didn't mention; if it matters to you contact host, I bet she'll fix it for you. If she says she'll do something she will): . Kitchen plentifully stocked with many plates, glasses, utensils, pans, spices, etc. Even some containers for leftovers. But most pans badly dented or scraped, and many things in cabinets dirty. There’s so much stuff, much isn’t used each time; I don't expect host to clean everything every time, we just cleaned stuff before using . Many outlets but electric old: lights flicker sometimes, dim when AC comes on . Large hot tub, nice seats, but jets on only 1 side work . Garage now a separate studio, no shared space, but can sometimes hear people. New with best sound insulation, host didn't know so may improve. Or just use other couches . A bit shabby with scuffed paint, stains on walls and ceiling, some pool cues without tips, etc. But traveling with pets or kids I’d feel uncomfortable with pristine We’d definitely stay here again.
