Perfect duplex in Meloneras, one of the best locations in Gran Canaria.
The residential complex is gated and features two pools, one for children and one for adults, a sun terrace, and a paddle tennis court. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and Meloneras Beach and the golf course are only a few minutes away. There is good access to public transport.
First floor:
- Living/dining room: equipped with a sofa, smart TV, side tables, and a table for 6 people. A high chair for babies is available.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The property has a potable water system suitable for drinking.
- Bathroom: with WC and washbasin.
- Front patio: equipped with a motorized awning and aluminum fence. The space has garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, and a side table).
