It was overpriced for what you get. The A/C was so noisy it was hard to sleep, and didn't get the room cool enough. Even the room fridge didn't get very cool. Location was ok, but be prepared for a lot of walking.

Though centrally located, our ro wasnt as comfortable. Very humid and AC was not functioning properly. Do not valet you vehicle at this location unless you are ok with a mkng wait time. Restaurant options are non-existent. Overall a unpleasant stay

Very nice stay

Room was clean, hotel lobby and restaurant were beautiful and food was delicious. In room dining was on time and delicious as well. Bedding was like 7/10… it wasn’t super soft and comfy, but it was okay. Room was otherwise sufficient with the exception of missing threshold between carpet and tile flooring, which resulted in exposed carpet tacks. I have older children, so this wasn’t particularly an issue for us but would have been had they been younger. Service was 8/10. Majority of staff interactions were excellent, especially at check in/out and around the hotel, wait times at the on-site restaurant were a little slow and there wasn’t a whole lot of communication from wait staff.

Great location in downtown, but the price is way overpriced for the outdated bedrooms it offers. Also, the shower tub made noise all night as water leaked from tub faucet nonstop. The valet parking is also way overpriced at $60 a night.

The weather was not so great. The hotel and the staff were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish they would change is adding a complementary coffee and tea station for the guest. This is the first Westin I’ve stayed that doesn’t have complementary coffee for guests in the lobby. They have one but you have to purchase coffee. That’s the reason for the 4 stars
