The AC was not consistent. I had to change several times per night. The TV in 402 never worked, despite calling the front desk 4 times and them saying each time they would send someone. One time I returned from dinner to find the remote in a different place. They obviously saw it not working, but never did anything about it. And finally...NO body could drive my manual transmission car. Pathetic for a valet.

Kitchen had everything but I didn’t cook. No trash bags, I would stay again, it was nice. The breakfast was not appetizing and no seating available. Did not eat there. Valet Parking was $40.

Rooms were great nice and clean ...staff was ok Not too friendly didn't feel welcome but the valley parking guy was amazing didn't get his name blonde hair also the kitchen girl was very nice kept asking if i needed anything....not very good selection on the vending stuff but over all we enjoyed our stay

We stayed on the 10th floor. It took at least 10 minutes of running the water before it even began to get warm. Breakfast was the same thing everyday of the week. It was a good location for the Riverwalk.

Any concerns we had were quickly resolved, the only drawback was the crush of everybody checking out at 11am picking up valet cars at the same time. Lots of cars, lots of guests, and just a couple of guys running back-and-forth. They worked hard.

This room was perfect for the occasion. It was within walking distance to where we needed to go. The room was spacious and clean. The plug by the vanity did not work and neither did our phone (very minor issues). The staff was great. They did offer to send maintenance but I refused but wanted them to take note and fix for the next guest. I did not eat breakfast during my stay so I am unable to rate that. All in all, it was a great stay and will return and recommend.
