The parking situation was so bad that we had to cancel our stay and find another hotel last minute. One of the staff members did not offer any kind of solutions to remedy the situation. They kept saying it was out of their hands, and we just had to deal with it. There was no offer to help in any way. Another staff member worked with us and helped us cancel. She at least made it

Great stay. All the staff was great. Had an issue with one of the cabinet doors coming out and they understood that it was due to regular wear and did not charge us like most hotels would have. Valet can take a while during certain times but otherwise they are great also. Room was clean and amenities where better than expected.

Close to everything, clean, spacious, friendly staff. The breakfast gets really crowded the last hour, go early and it's nice and calm. A/C worked great, beds were comfortable.

Overpriced -PARKING FEES

I would start with the good about this hotel , it’s located walking distance from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Mall, Restaurants. Pictures of the hotel online are nicer than what you see inside the room . Hotel is old but renovated, overpriced in my opinion! the only complaints I have is the smell in the hallway and rooms, and the fact that we have to pay for parking ( $50) if you drive an SUV or truck( as those are considered oversized vehicles) $40 for tiny cars.
