The bed was comfortable, but there was blood smears on the door and outside the room on the ground. There were scratches all on the bathroom door, as if someone locked their dog in there (all day long). They said that they had a breakfast “buffet. It was NOT! They had a pancake maker, but it was broken. They didn’t have eggs, waffles, or sausages like they had in their pictures. They had some biscuits, but they were stone cold. Very disappointed at this Quality Inn, because I usually like to stay at Quality Inn’s.
