The location is ok for downtown access but the hotel lacks a l to be desired. The 2 small elevators were very slow and smelly. One of them was out of service for a day. The breakfast was exactly the same few items everyday and very poor food quality. We had one wash rag the entire stay. The hotel staff mentioned they were "running low". We were also shocked that normal food delivery restaurants wouldn't deliver to the hotel, like there's an ordinance or something to get more money from visitors. Not to worry, we've had enough san antonio downtown and wont be back.

The property was clean and so was the room. Staff was friendly. HEB was right across the street which was great and the gas prices were reasonable. Parking was free. It was easy to locate. The TV lineup didn't offer a lot.
