Bed bugs and hot unprepared room

I not so picky about places to stay on vacation. this place seemed fine like most but when we went to bed we saw bed bugs. They moved us from one room to another that was unprepared that also had equipment .It was 1 am and hot.The room was missing toiletries towels and some rags. I found someone else’s hair ties and hair in the shower. I was tired disappointed and stressed.

We loved our stay at la Quinta,price, cleanliness of the room was excellent. Everything was close by. Loved that HEB is right across the street and the breakfast was free.

Wonderful! Everyone was great, very clean. I enjoyed the fact they were playing music around the pool area and in the lobby. The only thing I missed was the fact there was no hot tub.

Overall it was good, but there were a few things that happened, that made my stay in hotel a little weird. We got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes, that we had to call for help. In the morning during breakfast we saw a mouse running from the dinning tables to the kitchen. And the sofa cama was not comfortable at all.
