The handicap parking space should be in front of the room that has handicap facilities and not 2 doors down. Would have been nice to park in front of the room instead of having to walk as I use a walker and this was a big inconvenience for me,

I have reservations I did arive at 8 pm no reception I have to go to others hotel and there charge me no show I have to pay double for 1night and you have to clean your towel and bed sheets never herd of that before heard of that I.
