Stay refused with no refund.

I had booked 4 days here with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 of our grandchildren ages 2 and 3. We had been driving a uhual into town for 16 hours. My wife booked it but did not see the deposit on top of the money we already paid for the booking in advance. She made a mistake because we were all tired. It was cold and rainy that check in and we found out that we could not enter the house. We were refused because of the deposit. We needed 4 days until our house was ready for us. The property was managed by an international call center. They simply said you loose all your money. We had no more money and we were forced to live at Haven for Hope a homeles shelter with all my kids and grandkids. On top of me being disabled. I am in a wheelchair with only one leg. They had no compassion or refuesd my family with only one option... Loose all your money and good luck. For having moving my family here the first 4 days was a forced homeless shelter filled with drugs right I front of my grandchildren. Hotels.com also said sorry good luck. We are now I to our brand new built house. Hese policies need to be flexible with each stayon their return policy. I will post this everywhere until hotels.com starts being more empathetic to each person situation.

NO RENTEN ESA PROPIEDAD A MENOS QUE PIDAN MAS INFORMACION !!! LA PROPIEDAD NO ES NI DE CERCA LO QUE APARECE EN FOTOGRAFIAS. LLEGAMOS TARDE CON FRIO Y TARDÉ CASI 5 MINUTOS EN QUE LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL ABRIERA. LAS CAMAS SON MUY BARATAS Y EXTREMADAMENTE DURAS Y RUIDOSAS CON COLCHONES DE RESORTES. NI LAS HABITACIONES NI EL DEPARTAMENTO TIENEN CALEFACCION , DESPUES, AL DIA SIGUIENTE, NOS AVISARON QUE HABIA UN CALEFACTOR EN UNO DE LOS CLOSETS. LA HABITACION CON 3 CAMAS ESTA MUY PEQUEÑA Y LA CASA MUY RUIDOSA ANTIGUA CON EL PISO QUE PARECIERA ESTAR INCLINADO HACIA UN LADO, ADEMAS EL BARRIO ESTA MUY EXTRAÑO Y HASTA EN CIERTO PUNTO SE VE PELIGROSO. LLEGAMOS A DORMIR AHI CON LA INTENCION DE QUEDARNOS AHI MAS NOCHES, PERO NINGUNO DE LOS 6 PUDIMOS DORMIR DEBIDO AL FRIO, AL RUIDO DE LAS CAMAS VIEJAS, Y A LO BARATO DE LOS COLCHONES DE RESORTES, LO CUAL A MI EN LO PERSONAL ME PROVOCO UN DOLOR DE ESPALDA POR LOS SIGUIENTES 2 DIAS. PEDI INMEDIATAMENTE AL DIA SIGUIENTE TEMPRANO QUE ME REGRESARAN MI DINERO Y HOY 4 DE ENERO HOTELES.COM ME ESTA CONTESTANDO QUE NO PUEDEN, QUE LOS DUEÑOS DE LA PROPIEDAD SIMPLEMENTE DECIDIERON QUEDARSE CON MI DINERO, AUN A PESAR DE QUE SE LES EXPLICÓ LAS RAZONES DEL PORQUE NO NOS QUEDARIAMOS AHI MAS TIEMPO !!!! NO ES JUSTO QUE SE COBRE ESA CANTIDAD EN ESA PROPIEDAD NI QUE SE PONGAN FOTOS Y DESCRIPCIONES ENGAÑOSAS. HUBIERA RENTADO EN PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN DONDE FINALMENTE NOS QUEDAMOS SIN QUE SE ROBEN MI DINERO ASI TAN DESCARADAMENTE.
