Between booking the hotel on hotels.com and paying a non-refundable fee, and getting to the hotel, they decided not to offer breakfast which is one of the factors i use in staying at hotel. I think hotels need to stay in contact with their booking sites especially since they do not do refunds.

Upon arriving at the check-in desk, I was informed that a credit card was required for a deposit. However, I was surprised to learn that the deposit amount was $60, which exceeded the cost of my nightly stay. In my previous experiences at lower-cost accommodations, the deposit requirement typically did not exceed $20. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the facilities were subpar, with cockroaches observed running along the bathroom walls.
