We booked a night stay pretty last minute and had decent expectations. Our bed smelt horrible, almost as if someone worked out and then slept in the bed. The pillows also smelt horrible. We told the front desk and they had no new pillows or sheets only replacement covers for the pillows and they provided a new blanket. We were forced to sleep on a stinky bed with stinky pillows. We did not sleep inside the sheets but on top of the duvet. It’s not the front desk fault but management needs to make sure housekeeping is getting done properly. I will never stay here again.
