Our beautifully remodeled home is centrally located between the Utah State Capital Building and the LDS Temple Square. This historic home is within walking distance to Salt Lake's vibrant downtown shopping and nightlife, restaurants and the convention center. A luxurious and modern home in the heart of the city!

Walking distance to shops, eating, drinks, and historic areas. Easy walking to UTA trax and bus stop. Conveniently located to Utah's nicest shopping center. Easy interstate access which is perfect for visitors of the Sundance Film Festival or any of Utah's famous ski resorts.

NO SMOKING. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE and FINE will be issued. Small dogs welcome for an additional fee, please inquire.

Stunning rental right in the heart of downtown SLC. Views of the Capitol from your kitchen window and sunset views over the western mountains. The home was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and well appointed for a week stay. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and had full size appliances for your convenience. Plus was a laundry room with detergent. Bathrooms all stocked with soap/shampoo, plenty of toilet paper and tissues, and nice bath towels. Beds were comfortable and felt luxurious. Appreciated the blackout shades in all the rooms. Easy keyless door entry. One appointed parking spot and free street parking for additional cars. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Location was walkable to everything. Drip Coffee maker and filters provided but bring your own coffee to brew. I would absolutely stay here again with my family of 5. They put so much love, care and attention into this rental and it shows with all of their rave reviews. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked better than my own and we overall had a great stay. Due to the stairs both to enter and to get to bedrooms I’m not certain that this would be the perfect house for very small children or people on crutches() like me!

The house was very well stocked with all you need! Very clean! Loved how close it was to Temple Square. It is on a very busy road but the noise was not an issue like we were afraid of. We also got some good family gametime, loved the coffee table it was perfect for comfortable play!

Perfect spot for our Salt Lake City trip for our son’s college graduation! Seven of us flew in from Oklahoma, and being right across the street from his apartment was ideal. Beautifully decorated (love the Golden Girls art upstairs!), comfy beds, nice towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Just Beautiful!

We stayed here while attending a tournament at the convention center. This house was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location with quiet neighbors. The beds were comfy. Having a dedicated parking spot behind the house was great and not hard to find. I wish this home was available when we return in July!

Just perfect for a family or group of friends

This house was just perfect for our group of friends. With four bedrooms and two full baths, it offered plenty of space and privacy, yet the comfy open concept living area allowed us to hang out, cook and eat together, watch TV, or just catch up in the mornings and evenings instead of heading back to our individual hotel rooms as we had done on past trips. It's walking distance to the FamilySearch library and has beautiful downtown and mountain views. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and equipped, and the entire house has been decorated with an artistic flair. We would love to come back to this property on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Great place, great location!!!

A group of 4 of us stayed for 4 days while in town for a hockey game. 1st time in Salt Lake City - couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay!! The house itself was wonderful - very clean & so well appointed!! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends, and the kitchen had everything we needed 'equipment' wise! Absolutely no complaints about anything - the check in directions were extremely helpful and communication with David easy. The house is in a great location - steps away from the Capital buildings and just a couple of blocks to Temple Square and the rest of the downtown. We easily walked back & forth to Delta Centre (the hill coming back was good for all the good food we had!) or, Ubers were easy to get when we decided to take it easy!!Highly recommend this great house!!! Thanks for a fabulous stay!
