I feel that cookware was in need of replacement, i.e., scratched teflon, pans that had seen many years of service etc. Cutlery, dishes, glasses very nice and abundant. Overall, we had a great stay. The location is unbeatable for quick access to big and little cottonwood canyons. Nice to have a washer and dryer. It is also a rare find for four bedrooms with queen beds.The house is a bit old and parking with my larger truck was a challenge in the provided parking space. If you are a large group or family and prioritize sleeping capacity and , this is a good option.
