Just 0.2 miles from the beach, restaurants, and entertainment, this charming retreat offers a serene escape with coastal decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to nearby destinations like Newburyport, Plum Island, Hampton Beach, and Portsmouth, NH.

This right-side unit provides exclusive access for your privacy, with no shared spaces. The left-side unit is also available for rent, sleeping up to 12 guests.

First Floor: The open-concept living area includes a cozy living room with a sofa (sleeps 1 extra guest), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A half bathroom and laundry area with a washer/dryer add convenience.

Second Floor: The master suite features a queen bed, a full bathroom, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit, and ample storage. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) sleeping 3, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit, and storage. Both bedrooms include 43-inch Roku TVs and WiFi.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy a full-size, two-level deck/patio with patio seating, a fireplace, and an electric grill—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Three off-street parking spaces in the driveway ensure hassle-free parking.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the right-side unit, deck, and driveway. The shed and left-side areas are off-limits.
